Packages will not be accepted without an RA number on the outside. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We incourage you to ship back via trackable shipping method. We are not resposible for lost packages
Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached. This includes unworn, free of smoke, pet hair and any odors. JEWELRY, HAIR ACCESSORIES and SOCKS/TIGHTS are FINAL SALES.
All PRE-ORDERS, CLEARANCE ITEMS and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If you receive a gift from our store you are welcome to exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.
