We will gladly accept returns for store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. Email us at email@example.com for an RA. Packages will not be accepted without an RA number on the outside. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We incourage you to ship back via trackable shipping method. We are not resposible for lost packages
Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached. This includes unworn, free of smoke, pet hair and any odors. JEWELRY, HAIR ACCESSORIES and SOCKS/TIGHTS are FINAL SALES.
All PRE-ORDERS, CLEARANCE ITEMS and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If you receive a gift from our store you are welcome to exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.
If you decide to do a store credit we will send you a store credit code via email. We do not offer any refunds at this time. The only reason a full refund should be issued is if you receive a damaged item.
We do not offer price adjustments.
